As a Talent Acquisition, you will Lead the full-cycle recruiting processes. You'll focus on sourcing, attracting, interviewing, testing and bringing the best talent to our growing team.
★ You will manage end to end recruiting processes from the initial stage of profile definition through sourcing, screening CVs, conducting phone and in-person interviews. ★ Partnering directly with Hiring Managers to understand their teams hiring needs and team dynamics. ★ Source talent through deep internet research, networking, competitive intelligence gathering, employee and candidate referrals. ★ Be responsible for assessment processes, including conducting face-to-face (and zoom) interviews. ★ Build strong relationships with candidates to maintain an excellent candidate experience and help get great results for both sides. ★ Advising and supporting the organization with job ads, advertising channels, search and best recruitment practices. ★ Data driven and reporting skills. ★ Be an ambassador for our culture and mission.
★ At least 3 years hands-on experience as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition in a startup/high growth company. ★ Experience with tech recruitment. ★ Skilled at creating recruiting data and analytics. ★ Hands-on mentality. ★ You are all about relationships; you get that this is where it all happens. ★ Strong English written/verbal communication skills. 💜 You love what you do.
